I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and have been working with individuals and couples in both Canada and Hong Kong since 2018. Over the years, I have supported people in private practice, as well as individuals navigating physical and mental health challenges within non-profit organizations and healthcare settings.
Many of the individuals I work with experience persistent stress, emotional difficulties, or the impact of chronic health conditions. Through this work, I have come to understand how factors such as demanding life circumstances, early life experiences, and past trauma can shape how we relate to ourselves and others. I have also worked with couples who feel stuck in recurring conflicts, often influenced by differences in upbringing, expectations, and ways of connecting.
My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, find your voice, and begin to move through the barriers that may be keeping you stuck. We can work toward strengthening your relationships and building a more connected and meaningful life.
In addition to counselling, I also take on the role of educator and system navigator, supporting collaboration among healthcare providers and other professionals so that clients can access the care they need.
